HDI Trimer

This product range comprises aliphatic HDI trimer-based polyisocyanates, designed as curing agents for high-performance, light-stable polyurethane (PU) coatings.

They offer excellent UV resistance, weather durability, chemical resistance, and mechanical performance, making them suitable for demanding industrial and decorative applications.

Typical applications include:

Automotive OEM and refinish coatings
Industrial protective coatings
Wood and furniture finishes
Plastic and metal coatings
Waterborne and solventborne 2K PU systems

Processing Recommendations：

Recommended NCO/OH ratio: 0.9 – 1.2, depending on formulation
Mix thoroughly before application
Pot life depends on polyol type, catalyst, temperature, and humidity
Application methods: spray, roller, brush

Storage & Handling：

Store in original sealed containers
Recommended storage temperature: 5–30°C
Protect from moisture, heat, and direct sunlight
Shelf life: 12 months under recommended storage conditions
