HDI Biuret-Based Polyisocyanates

The HB series consists of aliphatic polyisocyanates based on HDI biuret, developed as curing agents for high-performance, light-resistant polyurethane (PU) coatings.
These products achieve an excellent balance of reactivity, flexibility, UV resistance, and formulation versatility, while offering both solvent-free and solvent-based grades.

Processing Guidelines

Recommended NCO/OH ratio: 0.9 – 1.1
Thorough mixing required before application
Pot life depends on formulation, temperature, and humidity
Application methods: spray, roller, brush
